Polyurethane Coal Mine Reinforcement Material (JG PU) – Reno Reinforcement Material (JG PU)

Product Description

This product is a novel, low-temperature reactive, halogen-free flame-retardant, two-component organic polyurethane resin grouting material.

Component A: Primarily composed of polyether polyol and special flame retardants.

Component B: Primarily composed of polymeric MDI and special flame retardants.

Approved under:

"Safety Management Regulations for Reactive Polymer Materials in Coal Mines (Trial)"

"Supplementary Safety Technical Requirements and Certification Management for Reactive Polymer Materials in Coal Mines"

Certified by ANSI National Center with Mine Product Safety Certification (No.: MIF210073).

Field Application

Injected at a 1:1 volume ratio via a dual-component pneumatic grouting pump into loose or fractured coal/rock masses. The slurry rapidly reacts to form a high-strength, high-toughness polymer resin solid, binding fragmented coal/rock into a continuous load-bearing structure, enhancing stability and restoring structural integrity.

Core Technology Protected by China National Invention Patent (No.: ZL 2018 1 0941683.9).

Key Features

• High permeability, strong adhesion, rapid strength development

• Low reaction temperature, high flame-retardant grade, free of harmful halogenated retardants, exceptional safety

• No secondary disasters (e.g., spontaneous combustion) even with large-volume grouting

• High intrinsic strength and superior toughness, adaptable to dynamic pressure changes in surrounding rock.

scope of application

• Rapid consolidation of loose/fractured coal/rock in mining faces

• Pre-reinforcement for large faults, fractured zones, or collapse columns ahead of excavation

• Quick stabilization of broken strata in roadways, improving overall stability and load-bearing capacity
