Ruinuo (Bevedol S) — Polymer Grout for Loose/Fractured Rock Reinforcement in Underground Construction

This product is a A/B two-component polyurethane modified epoxy resin grouting material. The product has controllable rapid solidification time, excellent penetration and diffusion, high strength consolidation, adaptability to high strength consolidation of surrounding rock in wet and water environment, and application safety.

During field application, the slurry is proportioned at a 1:1 volume ratio and injected into loose or fractured coal-rock masses using a two-component pneumatic grouting pump and grouting mixer. The slurry rapidly reacts to form a high-strength, highly resilient polymer resin consolidation body. This process bonds the originally loose, fractured, and discontinuous surrounding rock into a continuous and intact load-bearing structure, enhancing the self-stabilization of coal-rock masses and restoring their overall structural load-bearing capacity.

Storage and Packaging


  • The product is packaged in 25L plastic barrel or iron barrel, and the packaging is not recycled.
  • The product should be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated place. Sun exposure and direct rain are strictly prohibited. The suitable storage temperature range is 5-35℃.
  • The shelf life of the product is 6~12 months.
