Ruinuo Inorganic Reinforcement Material (JG SC) – Inorganic Powder Material for Coal/Rock Mass Reinforcement in Underground Engineering

Product Description

this product is an A/B two-component inorganic mineral powder grouting reinforcement material. Both Component A and

Component B are composed of ultra-fine reactive hydraulic powder materials. During on-site application, Component A

and Component B are first mixed with a specified water-to-material ratio separately, and then the slurries of Component A

and Component B are injected into fractured coal and rock masses at a volume ratio of 1:1 using a dual-component

grouting pump and injection gun. The product features rapid setting time, fast and high strength development, low

iscosity similar to water, excellent permeability and diffusion performance, and a consolidated modulus close to that of coal

and rock masses, making it more effective in restoring and enhancing the overall load-bearing capacity of loose and

fractured coal and rock masses.

Product Features

Inorganic material that solidifies upon reaction with water, ensuring safety and cost-effectiveness.

High permeability, strong bonding force, and rapid strength development.

Consolidated modulus closely matches that of coal and rock masses, better restoring the overall load-bearing capacity of fractured coal and rock masses.

Strong applicability, with reactivity and strength unaffected in water-rich environments.

Compatible with construction equipment and processes similar to those for dual-component polymer reinforcement materials, ensuring quick, simple, and highly efficient operation.

Applications

Rapid grouting reinforcement of various loose and fractured coal and rock masses to restore or improve the overall bearing capacity of surrounding rock.

Pre-reifnorcement of large faults, fractured zones, and collapse columns encountered in mining and excavation faces.

Rapid reinforcement of fractured and loose coal and rock masses in high-level drilling fields.

Reinforcement for rock cross-cut coal uncovering, shield withdrawal passages, and thin coal pillars.

Usage Instructions for Ruinuo Inorganic Reinforcement Material

Ruinuo inorganic reinforcement material has a wide range of applications. The appropriate water-to-material ratio can be determined based on the required reinforcement strength of the surrounding rock (different ratios will affect the material consumption per unit volume), ensuring more economical use. Different water-to-material ratios result in varying strength levels, but all ratios enable rapid solidification (30–180 seconds).
