Product Description
This product is an inorganic composite powder material designed for underground fire prevention and control. For application, it is directly mixed with approximately 100–200 times its weight in water and pumped via a grouting system. It exhibits exceptional properties, including high water retention, strong oxidation resistance, dense film formation, and excellent wall adhesion, effectively achieving coal seam oxygen isolation, oxidation inhibition, heat insulation, cooling, and fire suppression. These features significantly enhance flame-retardant and fire prevention/extinguishing performance. Additionally, it offers simple construction procedures, easy operation, and low labor intensity.

The product is applied using specialized grouting pumps or mining slurry pumps.

 Storage & Packaging

The product is sealed in moisture-proof packaging bags (non-recyclable).

Store in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place. Direct sunlight and rain exposure are strictly prohibited. Storage temperature range: 0–35°C. Shelf life: 6 months.

Usage and Precautions

•    The equipment can be a mine mud pump, mortar pump, or special gel pump.
•    When using the product, first prepare a large container (preferably about 1 cubic meter) and fill it with pre-measured water (800-1000 kg). Gradually pour in approximately 1kg of fire extinguishing agent while mixing the material (ideally spreading it as you mix). Use a wooden stick or specialized mixer to stir slowly for about 1 minute until the slurry becomes uniformly mixed. Then pump it directly onto the coal seam over a distance of around 100 meters, ensuring the slurry just covers the surface of the coal seam.
•   The slurry exhibits excellent anti-flow properties, high water retention, superior film-forming capacity, robust sealing performance, and free radical scavenging antioxidant characteristics.
•   When applying, wear protective eyewear and dust masks.
•   This product is non-irritating to human skin. If contact occurs with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water.
